Their customer focused approach is very logically rooted in performing quality repairs for the items that actually need attention. Every time I’ve been there I’ve been very pleased with the quality of the work and I’m so very appreciative of not getting bombarded with a recommendation to perform a long list of additional repairs and maintenance items. I’ve actually asked them about doing specific repair and service items and they’ve confirmed with their diagnosis that the additional work wasn’t necessary — good luck getting that kind of honest/customer-centric advice from a dealer!
