I’ve been here many times before and they’ve worked on at least 4 of my family’s vehicles, all oil changes. They’re honest and have integrity and pride in their work. They’re all friendly and respectful with each other and with all customers. They vacuumed my car no charge and I witnessed them put air in a woman’s tires at no charge and they topped off all the fluids in my old Honda for no charge after they found an oil leak and suggested I go to mechanic who originally fixed it. They could have tried to hard sell me on repairs but didn’t. They made sure my car was safe to drive and gave me professional advice on how to fix or without lining their pockets. I love this place! Travelled from VA to Roswell and noticed a loud noise from the back of my truck. Called BP on Friday afternoon and they said they could look at it but not until around 12:00 Saturday. Dropped it off Friday night, got a call around 11:15 letting me know the issue. Turned out that it was something best done by the dealership. Justin was great. Got it in early and didn't charge me for diagnosis. Very honest shop, I would highly recommend anyone in the local area or if you're from out of town taking your vehicles there. If I lived local I know they'd be my first choice from now on. Service: Steering & suspension repair
