Wow!!!! .... start to finsh they did an awesome job communicating and delivering on every little detail !!!

So they say they will fix a flat tire for free. But when I went there the worker asked me for a $20 "tip" - not sure his boss knew but I had to pay him anyway. When they changed my oil, they spilled it all over the engine compartment - so much so that when I got home it leaked all over my driveway. Would not go back.

Those guys jumped right on changing out my battery and had me back on the road within 15 min. Thank you so much!

BP Car Care Center & Quick Lube is honestly, "THE BEST"! I've taken other vehicles to other quick lube places and have had some very bad experiences. Things like not tightening the drain plug or stripping the threads on the drain plug...being charged for an air filter when I had a K&N air filter in the vehicle, already. I've even had a K&N filter stolen (taken out of the car), without me noticing until weeks had passed. I really appreciate how they check for other problems. They are very thorough in checking everything, making sure that the customer is aware of the condition of the vehicle. I have literally spent thousands of dollars on the repair of several vehicles that I've owned. Elvis and his mechanics have always done great work! He and his mechanics are "TOP NOTCH" and have a HIGH LEVEL of INTEGRITY, HONESTY & EXCELLENCE!!! Their customer service skills are great and they communicate with their customers in a very open and gracious manner. I have been coming here for almost three years to have all my vehicles services=d and maintained. I've NEVER had a problem!!!
