I went to bp care center to have my lug nut remove, because it was broken. Elvis and his crew were excellent with their customer service, and my overall experience was awesome. Andrew was very nice and helpful, he made sure experience was a great one. If you have or had bad experiences with previous shops I would definitely recommend going to the bp car care center.

Well got my car emission testing done here. I am not sure what it was but all the people working seemed to not want to be there. Work is a chore I guess.

Brought 2012 Honda Accord in for a 10 minute oil change and was in and out in well less that 10 minutes. Prompt, excellent and thorough service. They did not try to upsell me on 27 different "high margin" items in the process, either. Highly recommended.

I have been taking vehicles there for oil changes for years. Recently my wife (who knows and has worked on cars) took her car in, and they tried to get her to agree to a power steering fluid change, stating "this vehicle is like Hondas and Toyotas where fluid is always circulating, unlike rack and pinion." I checked the owners manual and with the dealer service center - this vehicle does NOT require a power steering fluid flush. I won't be going back.

Andrew at BP was extremely helpful when I needed my van fixed ASAP. He called me as soon as he found out the problem, as soon as they were finished, and worked with me on pricing. I got my van back within the window they said it would be done. Very pleased with overall service.

Excellent customer service!! After every visit, I have always been happy with their supreme customer service and their special consideration of my time. I have never gotten that from any other car care center. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

Don't know much about the repair shop but the store clerk choked someone today as if he was on some assortment of drugs. Trash.
