I was ignored for several minutes by technicians who were doing nothing at the time. When I finally had to ask for help I was approached by an annoyed tech who started barking out questions to me. When it came time to pay for my $90 oil change I was handed a receipt for a bill that wasn't mine. The person at the counter was apologetic but told me that he would have to run my card again and I would be refunded the first charge in several days. This was an unacceptable solution since his mistake caused me not to have access to 'my" money. I will not be going back here again. Service: Oil change
