Very bad service.....they don't solve your problem at 1 time, even if you explain in details.....for small work they take 2 to 3hrs and they do incomplete work....l went 3 times for wheels aliments, they take 2hrs every time but problem not solved.....very bad services and bad attitude.... If you are visiting this location to fix your car any problem....don't waste your time and money.

I never write reviews but this is the second incedence with this location having to keep vehicle overnight. The first time no one called us to let us know the car would have to stay overnight. We were without a vehicle the next day. We decided to come back to this location because they were able to bring the car to us when they were done. At closing yesterday no one called us to let us know the vehicle would have to stay overnight once again. We had to call to find out. The car has been there almost 24 hours. Now we have to pay out of pocket for a rental car and they will not drop off our car when the work is complete. They also will not do anything to compensate for our out of pocket rental cost. Terrible customer service. We have spent a lot of money at this location. We won't be bringing our business back to this location again.

I was having a problem with my Air conditioning unit and took it in to be looked at. I found the problem on line since it is a common problem with Nissan Murano's: blower motor relay needed to be replaced. The guy at the desk told me it would be $90.00 to check it out. You could imagine my surprise when they told me it would be almost $1000 to repair it, requiring the AC amplifier to be replaced. Fortunately I was not in a position to pay that at the time and decided to take it to a private individual who made the repair for under $60. The unit works perfectly without a problem at this point. This is my all time fear with auto repair places: they will charge you an arm and a leg to repair something that they should be experts about. Needless to say, I will never seek the repair services of a Goodyear location for as long as I have a car to drive.

They didn't fix my heater core right the first time and I had to take it back up there

Had my car there at 7:30 am like they told me to, and they were finished with it by 1 pm, like I told them I needed. They took care of a long time problem that I had not had fixed because of the high cost, but they told me the problem was fixable for much less and took care of it. And, gave me a ride home and came back and picked me up, too, so I wouldn't have to wait! I thought they were very fair and courteous, and I don't see that as often as I would like. Thank you to everyone there!

Loved it. A little pricey but the customer service was great, everyone was nice to me, and it didn't take long. They also have wifi! I was able 2 do my work while they worked on my car. I will definitely go back.

I've been to this place twice now and had awesome experiences both times. Their staff was honest about what I needed and recommended repairs for areas of concerns, but didn't push anything on me and kept it affordable. They're also kind, worked quickly, and have wifi to use while you wait! I'm absolutely going back here for tires and additional work soon.
