Went for an oil change and brakes, and rotors changed. My oil change light was never reset. The rotors put on my truck or rusty and old. The front was never done, dispite the fact that I said can you check my brakes and fix them . The rear was the only ones fix the brakes brought it back to Zach who really seemed like he didn't want to be there. Then he tells me oh now your front brakes needs to be fixed, paper work never said it.( keep in mind i asked for all my brakes to be checked out).. its the inconsistency and lack of paying attention to detail that prevents me from trusting them with my truck again.

I brought my car in to see about having a tire replaced after a run-in with a curb. I figured there’d be a hard sell for to replace at least one more, but after pointing out dry rot on both tires (in addition to curb damage on one) he (Cory) only suggested replacing one tire. I asked if we should replace the other rear tire, and only after inspecting it again did he agree we should also replace that one. He also confirmed that both front tires were in great shape. I deducted a star only because after waiting quite a while, I was told they would have to get the correct size tire from another location, and since it was so close to closing time, this meant another trip to the shop, which caused me some inconvenience. Regardless of that one misstep, as long as nothing unforeseen happens, I think I’ve found my go-to shop!

Great service and in a timely matter again for my 23 year old Toyota Corolla. I took it in early and it was ready before noon. I always appreciate the text updates regarding the service. Thanks again for keeping me running!

So, I bought my 2003 Pontiac Aztec because of the check engine light and some minor knocking. I received the report of the problems with my vehicle. I decided not to go forward with the required repairs. Well, when I returned to pick up my vehicle, it was knocking so badly that I was afraid to drive it back home. I expressed the fact that I was not a happy customer and requested that I didn't believe I should have to pay $190. for diagnostic service. Thank God, for Zack, with no hesitation, I WAS REFUNDED THE FULL COST. So I would rate customer service the best.4 stars. However, whoever performed the diagnostic rating is below 1 star.

I left back out with the same problems and more problems!

Very happy with the service here; Mitch was fantastic. Will be back for any future tire needs.
