Went for an oil change and tire rotation and came away with a hard pull to the right, faulty pre-collision sensor, and unable to use cruise control. When I first came back in, they fixed the steering misalignment but not the sensors, so I came right back only to be told I must have been in a wreck for the sensors to be off and then after taking a look, I was told they couldn’t figure it out.

My guys at the Memorial Drive location always take care of us. Can't ever complain. Most recent visit was for a flat that they repaired and didn't try to upsell me. I generally find that they are consistent, so I usually know what to expect. They always follow up. Prices are market rates. Location is convenient for us. Definitely can recommend.
