Memorial Drive
So, I bought my 2003 Pontiac Aztec because of the check engine light and some minor knocking. I received the report of the problems with my vehicle. I decided not to go forward with the required repairs. Well, when I returned to pick up my vehicle, it was knocking so badly that I was afraid to drive it back home. I expressed the fact that I was not a happy customer and requested that I didn't believe I should have to pay $190. for diagnostic service. Thank God, for Zack, with no hesitation, I WAS REFUNDED THE FULL COST. So I would rate customer service the best.4 stars. However, whoever performed the diagnostic rating is below 1 star.
