I am a disabled veteran and pay to get things done that most people can ordinarily do for themselves. I have changed multiple auto service shops because when they got finished with my vehiclee, I needed to change my seat covers and pay someone to clean my vehicle. It just didn't make sense. I could not understand why an auto shop would put so much time and effort fixing a customer's reported issue, only to cause or create another issue for the customer - a dirty vehicle. When I came to Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service, I let them know of this concern and they promised to do their best. They're customer friendly and do great work, and if I need to bring something to their attention, I know they wouldn't hold a grudge. They're good people, and I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.

I had to go back because the first time it was not fixed even after I gave them the paperwork of what I had telling me what the problem was. He also tried to charge me for a new gas cap saying mine was broken and showed it to me for $89. Which was strange because I had just got gas myself. When I told him no I’m not buying one all of a sudden he was able to get mine to work. I had to go back a week later and pay all over again for them to fix the problem I originally told them to fix it I will never go back again. Overpriced because I paid for a repair I don’t think o needed the first time
