Another positive experience with Neighborhood Tires! They are definitely my "go to" guys for car Service. It is very convenient for me.

We had a great experience with getting new tires here, so we chose to try it out for an oil change. Car leaked oil the night after the change, then it was smoking the next morning after driving it. Luckily, tow service was free to bring it back, but it was a 15 minute phone call and an hour wait with the car… I did get an apology during the initial phone call with Zach when I called about a tow. I called back and was asking some follow-up questions. Admittedly, I was a little curt with my responses because this was a huge inconvenience and entirely their fault. I was met with a patronizing tone and half-hearted “sorry this happened” from Zach. Once at the shop, had to wait almost 2 hours, and was told it was a “faulty oil filter.” No one apologized for wait time or said faulty oil filter instillation. When trying to ask if the car is safe to drive because we have a road trip tomorrow, the gentlemen answered “ya” while walking away. So not feeling super confident and now will have to take it some place else for a final check. Super disappointed because we had a stellar experience with new tires on our other car. Obviously, we won’t be returning. My husband lost his entire morning to this issue. It probably goes without saying, but we were offered no rebate or discount.

This garage is incompetent and sloppy -- and worse, they won't take responsibility for their mistakes. In late August 2026, I took my 2015 Honda Civic to the Memorial Drive NTP for an oil change. Soon after, the engine shield under the car -- which has to be removed and re-attached to change the oil -- came loose, grinding on the ground and eventually falling off. NTP's technicians evidently didn't re-attach it properly. I took it to a different mechanic, one I trust, to replace it. It cost $600. That mechanic also said the transmission fluid cap wasn't attached -- it was just sitting there, next to the tank. NTP's technicians evidently didn't re-attach that either. (I'm not sure why they touched the transmission fluid or anything other than the oil. I didn't ask for an inspection -- and I definitely didn't ask for one where they would mess it up.) These are bad screw-ups. But mistakes are no big deal if you fix it. Unfortunately, however, NTP refused to reimburse me for the cost of the damage they caused to my car. They wouldn't take responsibility for their mistakes. They didn't even ACKNOWLEDGE the transmission fluid screw-up. Maybe they'll do a good job on your car. Or maybe not. Don't take the risk -- take your car somewhere else.

Great work as always!! I had a clogged condensation hose for my a/c. Floor boards were wet and they unplugged the hose and I was able to pick my car up in 2 hrs. This spot is super convenient as I live in the neighborhood!! Thank you

Detailed analysis. Considering the issues my car was having. Price of repairs were reasonable…I honestly think you’ll be happy with there services.

This was my first time at this location, and I did receive great customer service. Mitch kept me updated on the progress of my two tires replacement. He even stayed a little late as I arrived right at closing time, due to the tow truck’s delay. I appreciate Mitch and the crew.
