I came in for a diagnosis and though the wait was long I could appreciate their thoroughness with people's cars. They didn't find anything wrong with my car even though I was experiencing some strange things with the drive. When I left the lot my car drove just fine! Better than when I came in. I don't know what they did while they were assessing my car but they fixed the problem that I was experiencing. Travelled back home with no problems. If you're in Decatur or happen to find yourself there I would recommend this place.

This has been the place to service my vehicles for over 10 years. Nothing or no one is perfect, but, I’m comfortable with the level of care and fairness of pricing I receive.

I needed something minor this time, a tire rotation which I didn't have to wait all day for.

As a former operations manager at a repair shop whose husband is a mechanic, we diagnosed the issue with the vehicle. He's out of the country and I cannot do work myself, so I called to get an idea of what the cost would be. Cindy was very curt and refused to give me an idea without my bringing it in to be looked at, didn't even ask how I arrived at my diagnosis. Due to her manner I didn't even bother with it beyond that. Apparently they have enough customers, they don't need more (or repeat ones coming back). Moving on..

Everything went well and seemed to be handled professionally. Service was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Just need to not leave greasy finger prints inside the car and on the hood. Overall, great job as well.
