They were so nice , very informative & very helpful. I have a Cadillac srx && they gave me the best options possible && really worked with me and was very patient with me to get my car fixed even when it was close to closing time!

I’m changing my review after coming this Saturday.. I have gone to this place for the last 3 years and I would never go to a mechanic place that long because of the greedy prices but this place was good until they decided to I guess get rid of everybody good that worked there and replace them all with selfish greedy people.. I went in because my check engine light came on and I need to get emissions they told me they would do it for $170. An admissions check for $170?!?! That’s outrageous.. I told him I would have to come back but no I will not be back and I hope all of your customers dwindle away. It’s not right to charge that kind of outrageous price for plugging in a computer into my car to read the codes. I went to advance auto and they did it for free

I had to bring both of my vehicles in for emissions testing. They got both of my vehicles in immediately and was I able to lay through a text service. The team inside was super nice and they had a TV and free coffee in the waiting area. We will do all of our emissions testing through them!

My experience was not well received. I didn’t feel welcomed as a customer . The front desk person was very matter of fact. I tried to make small talk and was ignored . I watch him interact more and speak a little Spanish with another lady customer . I like the fact that my emission was less than I paid at a drive up place , but I would’ve paid that extra money to receive their excellent customer service . The energy I received from this front desk rep.was nothing but negative energy . I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or just not a personable person. When I received my bill and keys he never said Thank you, is there anything else we can do for you or come back and see us again . After this experience I don’t think I will return to have any services completed . A person will forget all the things you said but never forget how you made them feel .
