I have taken my primary vehicle to this location for several years for minor services. Most recently, had to take an inherited vehicle there for what turned out to be two major services. The staff provided, as always, an exceptional customer experience. The work on both instances was completed before time and at a reasonable rate. Exceptional customer experience and reasonable pricing. I have utilized their services for several years for minor items on my vehicle but recently inherited a vehicle that because of long sitting periods ended up with major issues. Work was diagnosed, repaired in a timely manner, actually ready before promised, and at a reasonable cost.

There is a nail in my new tire which is fixable but they suggest me to change the tire which is 470$.Today I fixed it 20$.

Hi Mahbub, we understand why a $20 repair would seem preferable to replacing a $470 tire. However, a tire being technically repairable doesn’t always mean it’s safe to repair. The location and condition of the puncture are important factors. In particular, a puncture in the sidewall cannot be safely plugged because the constant flexing of the sidewall while driving can cause the repair to fail. Our recommendation is based on the tire’s condition and safety, not simply whether a plug can be installed. We’d rather recommend replacement when a tire is unsafe to repair than put a customer back on the road with a repair we can’t stand behind.
