Elvis, once again I disappointed in how you handle your service. My son paid over $100 to have his oil system flushed and changed because your company said the oil was black. Yesterday, I had a new battery installed by Bear Valley. They checked my oil and said it was black and low. When I went to discuss this with Justin, rather than offering to change the oil again and monitor it, he was dismissive and offered nothing. I have serviced no less than four vehicles and as many as five at your East Cobb facility going on 20 years. I guess I would’ve thought you would’ve appreciated my patronage more than how I was received yesterday.

Neighborhood Tire Pros are the best!!! Walked in, got my car evaluated and had the work done in a very timely manner. Plus got a ride home and back so I didn't have to wait at the shop. Thank you Daniel for being so accommodating and patient in explaining what I needed and why.
