Terrible service and serious negligence: I had an extremely concerning experience at this shop. I took my vehicle in for a tire alignment, rotation, and balancing. However, as soon as I left, I noticed they hadn’t performed the tire rotation as promised. A few days later, I started hearing a loud noise coming from the front left wheel. Upon inspection, I found two bolts on the upper control arm completely loose—just two fingers away from coming off. This is not just a sign of unprofessionalism but a serious safety hazard that put my family, myself, and others at risk. I returned to the shop to have the alignment corrected, but the manager simply told me that if I had touched or replaced any parts, the warranty was void. Instead of taking responsibility for their poor workmanship, they tried to convince me that I needed to replace several parts. I personally inspected my vehicle and found that this was not true—the real issue was their failure to properly tighten critical suspension components. This level of carelessness and negligence is unacceptable. A shop that does not correctly verify the torque on crucial suspension parts is not only incompetent but also a real danger to its customers. It seems like their staff lacks the proper training and experience to perform these services safely and correctly.
Juan, we take safety concerns very seriously and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We want to clarify that during your visit, our team performed an alignment and advised you on the necessary repairs needed to properly complete the service. You opted to make those repairs yourself before returning for the alignment. Two weeks later, when you came back with concerns, we thoroughly reviewed your vehicle and confirmed that we did not perform any work on the parts in question. While we stand by the work we completed, we understand your frustration and would be happy to discuss this further. Please feel free to reach out so we can address any remaining concerns.
