This shop should be closed immediately. i'm reaching out to my district rep and state rep. The employees and management do not communicate at all. My car was sent here from Carmax auto and they had it for over 3 months before they told me that they were unable to complete the work. They then had my car towed to a wrecker yard without notifying or contacting me via text call or email!! This company deserves less than no stars.

Jason, you were contacted multiple times to pick up your vehicle, CarMax and our company let you know that the vehicle would be towed due to us not being able to do the work that CarMax required. CarMax is a 3rd party company that unfortunately thought we could provide the service your vehicle required. When we let CarMax and you know that we could not and that the car would need to be towed we had no response from you. You were given ample time to tow your vehicle to a company that could do the repairs and diagnostics before we took the measures we did.

Thank you to Elvis, Hunter and the rest of the team at Neighborhood tires and pro on Clairemont Ave for fixing my A/C and coolant leak last week. It’s been a week later, and there’s no leak! He and his team fixed an issue that the other neighborhood tires location on memorial drive caused, but refused to fix. I appreciate you and the team actually taking my car apart, combing through previous repairs to see what went wrong, and actually giving a care about my car. Thank you!
