I drove over something in the road that total destroyed my transmission and engine. BP Tire Pros saved my vehicle, they were super patient with me and worked with my insurance to help get the situation fixed. They basically rebuilt my car and it honestly drives better than when I first got it! I want to give a special thank you to Justin who was so patient with me, answered all my questions every time I called and made this hard experience extremely easy. This is my favorite place for oil changes. They are reliable and as fast as any quick-lube place. The fact that they also provide full mechanic and tire service may account for why they seem to have better professionalism and reliability some quick-lube specialty places I have been to in the past. My main mechanic is elsewhere, but they have done some mechanic work for me, and I had no complaints.

Service person did a thorough evaluation of my car to find other important concerns other than the ones I requested such as oil change, etc. He changed the air filer, worked on back brakes, rotated tires and did an alignment. I feel safer in my car and taking a road trip in early June. Glad I took my car in for the oil change and got all the other concerns taken care of.
