Henry, Danny and Matt were phenomenal today considering they were extremely busy. Henry replaced my battery quickly and very effectively. I was impressed with how hard he worked to get the battery installed. Danny and Matt worked tirelessly to replace my cabin air filter as it was challenging to get access for replacement. These guys always run a great shop to take care of your car and I am always pleased with their work. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else and you should too! Thanks Guys…

I find that I bring our vehicle in to have oil change and they have it ready in 45 minutes to a hour.

Great service. I left my car overnight and first thing in the morning, The technician called me with a diagnostic and a resolution. Two hours later my car was ready.

I took my car to them for a diagnostic. They had my car damn near a week I kept calling every couple of days just for them to tell me they hadn't looked at it yet. The day after my last call I got a call from a dekalb county police officer asking where my car was supposed to be & to verify my info because my car was stolen & he had the guy in custody.. I thought it was a scam so I CALLED Neighborhood Tire Pros to ask about it & they said it was true but they didn't know my car was missing.. the cop had more info than they did. They did however tell me that they pulled my car around to the garage to look at it, got out, left door open with it running & the guy got in & drove off... they didn't notice. When I got my car back they told me I could bring it back for them to finish working on it but there's nothing they were going about my car being stolen from their property
