They still maintain the character of a locally owned business that does not simply look past its customers as strangers but wants to treat them and make them feel like neighbors. I’m tired of all these corporate shops that give off the totally opposite vibe. Additionally, I’ve now used them twice for service on two of my cars and I have no complaints whatsoever.
