The service was good and fast. But your workers need to shower and wear clean clothes. After he drove my cars from the shop outside. There has been a very strong bad odor left in both cars which is hard to get rid of and is driving me crazy.

I hit the extended curb in front of McDonalds getting in the lane to turn onto Clairmont and blew out my right front tire after visiting my daughter in Avondale. I live in Roswell and hadn't been that way since they extended the curb so got over too soon. As I turned the corner I spotted the tire store so I pulled in. I went inside and explained my predicament and asked if they could please put my spare on so I could get home. They couldn't have been nicer. I was in and out in a half hour and on my way home. So convenient, so courteous and so appreciated.

My wife brought her car here for an oil change. I’ve also brought my car here for tires and oil changes before and have had good service in the past. This time however they wouldn’t let my wife make and appointment for the oil change and tire rotation and instead just told her to bring it in the morning and they’d get it done. She dropped her car off around 9am and they told her it would be done by the end of the day. Taking all day for an oil change is already ridiculous but my wife figured it would be done before the end of the day at least. However closing time rolls around and she still hasn’t received an update of any kind about her car. I called the following morning after they opened and they did the oil change then. It’s pretty unacceptable for an oil change to take 24 hours, and if they had told my wife that they couldn’t get it done that day she’d have gone somewhere else without issue. Very disappointed in this experience and it’s unlikely I’ll use neighborhood tire pros again for any service related issues.

Cindy is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and succinct. I felt like she really listened to our situation and made miracles happen to help us feel safe on a road trip to Michigan on Labor Day weekend, an 11 hour drive.

Great customer service! It was easy to make an appointment online, and they finished replacing my brake pads and rotors within a few hours of dropping my car off. I will definitely go back to them in the future!

Was able to squeeze me in as a walk-in when I discovered an issue with a tire. Didn’t try to upsell me unnecessarily, did the tire repair and also did an oil change as requested, when they had promised it. Also made for easy contactless payment and after hours pickup.

I've been using this shop for years. On Friday they replaced a battery for me. The following Monday, they texted me, to see if everything was okay. They're a top-notch outfit. If you're not happy with the shop you use, give these guys a try. They're honest and customer service oriented. They do all kinds of repair work at reasonable prices.
