What looked like was going to be a very bad Saturday for me, turned out amazing! I was very pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism. GREG was very helpful, reassuring, and showed that he truly cared about his customers. He was able to fit me in same day even though they were booked with appointments. I was headed to take my kitties to the vet when I had a tire blow out, so my pets had to stay with me. Greg was so nice and welcoming and even left the AC on when he pulled my car around, so my cats would not be hot, not even for a minute. :) I was VERY impressed with his service and most of all his compassion and kindness. He went above and beyond to ensure that my tire was replaced and that the other three tires were properly aligned, had the correct amount of air, and were safe for me drive on.
