I've been very pleased with Jeff and the whole team at BP CarCare Center. They're always courteous and friendly and always communicate well. I recommend them for basic car and tire service to people new to the area all of the time. Definitely one of my favorite local businesses.

Carlton, we are deeply sorry to hear you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. When you came into the shop with your vibrating issue requesting an alignment, we informed you this wouldn't fix this issue, we recommended diagnostics to really see what was goin on with the vehicle. After, we conclueded the vibration was coming from old tires and recommended you get new tires and you said you would get used tires.
