We were in town visiting my dad for Thanksgiving when we discovered our van leaking oil. Turns out we had a cracked oil filter housing. I took it into BP Car Care Center early on Saturday. Tim (I think), assisted me. I explained that the problem was covered by our warranty and that we needed to either get the car repaired by the end of the day (we had to leave the next day) or know with enough time to take it somewhere else. They worked fast and kept in contact with us so that we had our van back by 2 that afternoon. During the entire process, everyone I talked to was professional and courteous. Highly recommend for your car maintenance needs! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
