I’ve never been one to leave reviews but this was the worst auto mechanic experience I have ever received. When I picked up my car two tires were flat, and the check engine light remained on even after driving over 100 miles. I had to bring it in again (not just for the check engine light), but because I failed an emissions test a SECOND time, after bringing it in to specifically have neighborhood tire pros fix the sensor issue that was causing the failure. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and in fact will be telling people in the community to stear clear. Worst thousand dollars I have spent

Came in for a last minute oil change and wiper blade installation. Super quick and you can tell that the people here know what they’re doing. They also do not try to find things to charge you for. They have a great sense of customer service. I usually stick with the Jeep dealerships, but I am definitely going to make this switch!

Got an oil change. It was quick and easy, and the bill wasn't scary.

I have always been happy with the service here, but this time I’m only giving 4 stars because of 2 things: When they told me I needed 2 tires they didn’t show me how bad mine were. If they had, I would have replaced the tires immediately. So I waited a couple of months, and then the quote they gave me was invalid and I ended up paying $140 more! I really wish I’d been told that this could happen. It felt a little like a bait and switch situation. That said, service was courteous and pleasant as usual.

I stopped going to the overpriced dealership for my auto maintenance. BP car care has taken wonderful care of my car. They are professional, timely, and most important to me, being a woman, HONEST.

Neighborhood tire pros did a great job replacing the tire on my Volvo XC90. They had the tire I needed and had me back up and running by the end of the day! They are my go to tire spot!
