My whole family has been coming here for years and I was here yesterday and I was treated promptly and with courtesy. They always do an extremely good job. As a women I had other car care place try to take advantage of me. So I will never go anywhere else besides bp car care ever again

We have 5 cars in the family. Needless to say, we have a lot of services needing to be done for the upkeep of the cars. BP is always on the mark as to what the car needs for both upkeep and repairs. They truly bend over backwards in every area of customer service (professional, rides to and from your home, courteous, and efficient.) they do everything they can to get your car serviced and back to you in the least amount of time possible. Additionally, they do exactly what they say they are going to do which is assess the car, call you right away to discuss what is needed, getting permission to go ahead with the service or repair. I have never had a situation where the cost is differ than anything we discussed.

Excellent customer service!! After every visit, I have always been happy with their supreme customer service and their special consideration of my time. I have never gotten that from any other car care center. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

Had a great experience here. Took a same-day, weekend 60K mile service (I did call ahead). You deal with the same person throughout the process and the quote was fast, accurate, and free. Friendly, took time to explain service, honest about what was required and condition of car - for example brakes are great, >70% left don't bother with replacing today even though service calls for new pads normally...

Absolutely now a loyal customer. Exceeded any expectation! The customer service was outstanding and prices very reasonable. Originally called to compare prices to a quote from a "competitor". BP Car Care earned my business not only with lower costs, but also because they didn't try to sell me on unnecessary or unneeded goods or services. I also like that they stand behind their work and honor their guarantees without any hassle.

I just wanted to that the staff for helping me with my car issue. they helped me understand about what was wrong with my vehicle. Everywhere else I had taken my vehicle to was just very quick to tell me nothing was wrong with my car when I know my car wasn't over heating for no reason. I recommend everyone to use this place and will most definitely tell all my family members about them too!!!

They were reasonably fast, best price for the synthetic oil my van needs, and did not try to sell me any unneeded services (I totally despise "up selling").

Cindy and Steve are absolutely phenomenal! They gave me a play by play on everything they did to my vehicle and repaired it in no time! You have a new customer in me!
