Good Auto service

The guys at BP are great. Both Tim and Justin had a hard time finding the problem I had with my Ford Escape. The first time I left the car, they couldn't find anything and did not charge me. Second time I left the car and they were able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed a day early. Great job everyone! I have been going there is 15 years or more and will continue to go there for my auto needs.

Always fast and quality service. The customer service is top notch. Justin is great and seems to be very honest. That is hard to find!

Service is very slow here. The lady who answers the phone is also rude

I was told about this place from my dad and other neighbors. When I walked in to make the appointment I was impressed by the front desk ladies. They were professional, nice and efficient. Then when I came in a week later to drop my car off they were just as nice. I loved that they text a link of breakdown of what needs to be repaired, etc while they still had the car. They then emailed a quote. So all that was great. The only failure was that I specified when I dropped off the car that I wanted t2 of the 5 tires being replaced on my car repaired and patched for me to keep and that I marked them with spray paint. When I picked up my car, that had not been done. 2 different tires were with my car that had nails in them. They were different tires b/c the large silver spray paint marks were not there. I picked up my car after hours so I couldn't address it then. BUT when I called the next day, they said to bring the tires back and they'd take care of it. I will do that soon and have every confidence they will make it right. I will recommend this place because I was happy with every other aspect of the service I received.
