The actual repair seems to be fine but the technicians filed to put protection down to cover my floor mat. Now I have to get my floormt cleaned. NTP said they will clean it so I do appreciate that offer.

The employees don’t try to up-sell or load you with unnecessary fixes. In fact, this last time I needed to purchase two new tires, Matt found me a better deal on better tires than I planned on buying and saved me money. I highly recommend Neighborhood Tire Pros.

I was charged $173 to replace a part on my car that did not fix the problem. When I asked what else they could do they said they could charge me another $150 to do a diagnostic to then figure out the problem…. To then pay more money to actually fix it. The man checking me out asked his supervisor if he should still charge me since they didn’t fix anything and he said “ya go ahead and charge him.” Never going back.

The guys here are very helpful. I have been bringing my cars here for 18 years and am only unhappy with one repair job that I got a few years ago. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place. You might be able to find something cheaper somewhere else, but this is so convenient to my home and they know my cars.
