I received service in a timely manner the staff was friendly and pleasant and the waiting area was clean.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I had dropped my car off on a Saturday morning without a prior appointment. I explained my issue and went on my way. Prior to this, I was told by some other places that the part I needed for my car was on back order and I would need to wait about a month before it would be in stock; time that I didn’t have. I received a call from this shop a few hours after I dropped my car off saying it might be a few days before they can get the part themselves, which was less than ideal, but it was a better estimate than what I was receiving. 30 minutes before they close, I received another call, telling me that they drove out of their way to the only place in the metro area to get the part that I needed, and my car was ready to be picked up. Absolutely amazing service and quality of work given the short notice.

For an emission check, this is a location with friendly staff (thanks Jeff) and efficient operation at a convenient location.

I’ve always had the best experience bringing our vehicles here, and today was no exception. I came in for a flat tire and was in/out within 30 minutes. They are knowledgeable, super friendly, and efficient! Even gave my son some toy cars. Just went above and beyond. I will only bring my vehicles here! Thank you!

I was pleased with my experience. I had two rear tires, Goodyear Wrangler SR A, installed on my 2010 Ram 1500. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and checked in at the desk. I was told they'd get to my truck soon. About 30 minutes passed before I saw them move my truck into the maintenance bay. The facility was very clean and comfortable, so the wait wasn't bad at all. The technicians we're friendly, knowledgeable and once they got started, the work went fairly quickly. David also recommended an alignment, which I agreed to, knowing it was about time to have one. 👍🏾 I received price quotes from 3 retailers and decided to go with Neighborhood Tire Pros because their price, including warranty, was about $20-$30 better than competitors. And the location was more convenient, too! Thx, guys!
