I needed an oil change and called ahead to find out how busy they were. It was already 2 p.m., so of course I wasn't surprised when I was told that it would probably take 3 hours. I got my car over within 30 minutes of the phone call. After less than one hour, surprise, my car was ready! Nice!

Received Excellent customer service from the entire staff during my visit on this past Saturday. March 5th at the Memorial Dr. location. Will be coming back for future service!

My entire family has been using BP Car Care Center - Tire Pros for over 10 years. They are both highly skilled and mindful of spending our car maintenance money wisely. Their employees have been around for years as well. You can tell that they like working here. I honestly hope I never have to go to another care care center ever again. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My car was checked same day ... and now I have to take it to the dealer to get the repairs done since they didn't have the parts. I like that the receipt includes details of what was done and what needs to be done.
