Great job. I brought my car in for an oil change and filter replacement. I didn’t realize my wife got the oil changed 2 months ago. The manager told me it didn’t need it. I really appreciate that. I took my Honda to this rip-off shop for a repairs to my air conditioning system. When I asked the service manager what it would cost, he said between $800 and $900. I checked around and made a few phone calls and figured that was a fair price. When I called to check a few days later - actually they never called on the day they promised it would be ready - another desk manager said the final bill was more than $1,100. When I argued, he claimed the other desk manager I dealt with said he told me $1,000. They then said they'd reduce the bill with tax to $950. I pick up my car today and the bill now was $1,035. I will never patronize them again.
