My experience was a little challenge, but was worth it. Rep. Mitch handled my request from front to end. I needed a spare tire and rim and Mitch went above and beyond for me to get what I needed. He was very professional at all times and did great follow up and follow though. I will definitely be using Neighborhood Tire again and highly recommend them for all your car needs. You do great work but I didn't expect to wait 1 1/2 hrs to get my oil changed as I was second in line when your doors opened.

I chose location based on reviews and location. The wait was not the issue; I knew there was a number of cars. The most concerning was that I was called and informed of the problem and that my car would be ready by the time I arrived. My car was not complete. I had to ask to check out to save time and the wait was an additional 30 minutes.
