Wiggled out of tire warranty after they couldn’t find matching tires. Manager spent 15 minutes looking for a replacement tire in the warehouse. Then came out and looked at the damaged tire again and said this isn’t under warranty after all because of tread wear. How convenient all the sudden. Avoid this scam house.

Jeff, we completely understand your frustration, but unfortunately Tire Pros Road Hazard warranty coverage will not cover worn or bald tires. The warranty states "when the tread is worn down to 2/32" the tire is considered worn out and is not eligible for road hazard adjustment." We're very sorry we couldn't perform the replacement under warranty. We hope you'll understand and continue to allow our team to provide you with quality tire service.

I got an oil change and they quoted me an hour and got it done in less time! Also the price was just as they quoted great job!
