My vehicle was towed in by AAA and I made it to Neighborhood Tire Pros & ... as they were locking their doors. Instead of telling me to come back tomorrow they allowed me to come and wrote up my work request. The next morning they called me told me the price of ybe job. When they didn't called me stating the job was completed the next day I called them. I was told they was sent the wrong part twice so they had to verify the part number from the dealer which they have ordered already and was expecting it the next day. I was told they would keep me informed which they did, calling me when the part came and after the job was completed.
