I went for and emissions test the person I talked to acted like he didn't understand what I was asking. The last three times I went I was asked to leave my car but no customers were even in the store. They didn't want to start any jobs past a certain time. It is time to find another store.

Went to get my emissions tested, but my 70,000 checkup light was on, so that’s an automatic fail, even though the car passes the actual test. Which they could have told me in advance instead of wasting everyone’s time and money. Then, two weeks laterI got an alert that they reported to car fax that my car was overdue on an oil change. As if they are the only place that can do oil changes. I won’t even buy gas there anymore.
