Jeff, we completely understand your frustration, but unfortunately Tire Pros Road Hazard warranty coverage will not cover worn or bald tires. The warranty states "when the tread is worn down to 2/32" the tire is considered worn out and is not eligible for road hazard adjustment." We're very sorry we couldn't perform the replacement under warranty. We hope you'll understand and continue to allow our team to provide you with quality tire service.
