After getting a tire stuck in a deep rut, I came to Neighborhood Tire Pros to get an alignment and check for any damage. The folks at the front were nice and efficient and the job was done in a few hours for a reasonable price. I recommend this place!

I’ve been here many times before and they’ve worked on at least 4 of my family’s vehicles, all oil changes. They’re honest and have integrity and pride in their work. They’re all friendly and respectful with each other and with all customers. They vacuumed my car no charge and I witnessed them put air in a woman’s tires at no charge and they topped off all the fluids in my old Honda for no charge after they found an oil leak and suggested I go to mechanic who originally fixed it. They could have tried to hard sell me on repairs but didn’t. They made sure my car was safe to drive and gave me professional advice on how to fix or without lining their pockets. I love this place!

The staff at center are extremely unhelpful and rude. They made no effort to locate by car/tires in the system even when I provided them with the physical system of the card and asked me to get them the email of my purchase. Once I got the email of my purchase of the relevant subscription, they made me talk to the service provider and come up with all the details they wanted rather than contacting thier own backend operations. Very inconvenient and unhelpful.

Without this information, we are not able to do our part in claiming it for you.
