After the place I used to go to changed ownership, this was the first time I went to Neighborhood Tire Pros and I’m so glad I did.. they are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I’ll be taking my car there again.

Miguel A. Monterrey is the inspector who did my emissions test today. I just want to thank him for helping me. I kno it was around the time for the shop to close and the gentlemen at the counter told me the shop was booked and could help that day. As I get to my car here come Mr.Miguel asking what year the car was and that he could help! He told me pull the car up I’ll take care of you! I kno he really didn’t have to do this for me but he did. And that’s why I’m giving him a 5-star service

The staff here did an excellent job changing my tires, air filters, and oil, and went above and beyond to even protect my car from mold build up that they were seeing in the filters. Prices are also reasonable, would recommend!

No ability to customer care management. I paid for the service not a beggar. You better be a beggar to have better service in the shop. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED + more over. I have installed tires at this shop. I felt something is wrong on my car right after the installment. What I found out was right front tire air pressure was too high. It was over 50 psi. Recommended tire pressure was 37psi and left front tire pressure was over 43 psi. I drive my car on highway mostly to commute and sometimes I do long distance drive. I do not think this shop cannot gurantee minimum safety for customer. I wonder how this shop accquired 4 star google review. For sure this shop provide cheaper price tag than other shop but I do not want to make my life and safety that cheap. *Update I saw you replied in the morning(6/8)and you look concerned but I did not get any phone call from your shop. I would not talk anything on the phone but you can use email instead. Thanks for your concern.
