This has always been my go to place for oil changes, tires, emissions, and car repair. We are a family of 6 vehicles and entrust our cars and trucks here. Today I lost a considerable amount of faith and trust in service I received. I was to come in Saturday morning for a water pump replacement in my van. I didn't have a scheduled appointment but knew I was to be there at least before 11 due to the time I was told that was involved in the 6 hour repair. I got there at 10. At 12:30, we drove by and my car was not moved. My husband went in and was told they could not get to it. I was furious. I had a trip planned the next day involving many hours of travel. I needed to be sure my vehicle was road worthy. The reason I was given for not repairing my vehicle was that another vehicle repair turned into a more complicated issue requiring more time. In my opinion, that should not be my issue. I took my van to Toyota. It was repaired in 4 hours and they washed my van! They also showed me a lug nut missing from my recent tire replacement at NTP. Thank goodness I was able to resolve my water pump issue . I am terribly disappointed in my service at NTP. I feel my years of loyalty and spending my hard earned money was not appreciated .

Seems like they did sounds work; two new tires and brakes pads, with inspection $577.

I was referred here by my warranty company to have my trunk looked at. While there, I asked for an oil change. The guy up front was very nice! I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic, and he was very understanding. They informed me that the issue with my trunk would probably fall under the warranty and that they would get in touch with them to check for me. I personally had no idea that my warranty company was closed on the weekends, I just purchased the vehicle and I haven’t had to use it. However, the issue I had was I was unaware of ANY of the fees associated with my appointment. Not the initial oil change, nor any possible diagnostic fees if they had any issue with reaching out the company. It was only upon check-out that I was made aware of these fees. I am disappointed with the fact that while running a place of business fees weren’t presented to the customer to ensure it fit best with my needs. I really hope that they choose to handle situations like this better in the future.
