I stopped nextdoor for gas and my battery was dead. I walked at closing time, they explained they did not accept my fleet service but offered a jump to get me to another shop. Big help.

Called and made an appointment, spoke with Danny who was very helpful and explained everything that would be done, so far I'm happy with the work that was done , I will use this shop again, this was from my 1st visit this time on my second visit was a unbelievable experience!!! I was lost for words, 1st my car wasn't fixed like they said it was, I had to take it back to them six different times to get it fixed right, what they said it was it wasn't, I was having the same problem with my car when I picked it up as I did when I dropped it off, the mechanic damaged my car twice out of two of the six visits, He didn't tell me or management about the damage so they say, and I just happened to be checking my car out and discovered it myself!! Why would they mechanic do that and what does that say for the shop as a place of business, final got all of my problems worked out, So thumbs down to the mechanic who worked on my car!!!

I made an appointment to have a simple alignment and requested that the technician only adjust two adjustment points that are standard factory components. They called me after I had dropped of my car and said that the alignment would cost almost twice as much because there were aftermarket components on the car, even though these parts would not need to be touched and did not affect their job. This was fine though and I asked for them to just run an alignment check since the car was already on the rack. The results that I got suggest that the technician was either incompetent or purposefully gave me incorrect alignment measurements. I got an alignment at a local dealership 3 days later and not one of the dealership's "before" measurements were even remotely close to being correct. Either way this was extremely unprofessional.
