My battery was replaced. I am very pleased with the service I received at Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service. They replaced my alternator in October 2017, and that service was also accomplished very professionally. This shop is not far from my residence, the auto technicians do good work, and the front desk personnel are very cheerful, efficient, and quick.

This was my 2nd or 3rd time here. I came before mostly because it is conveniently located near my house. Previously, I came in for tire issues and oil changes but today I was there for an issue with my brake lights. This was by far my best experience with the staff. I noticed them explaining issues and providing upfront costs to all customers (not just me). I received a call and a text when my car was ready and the checkout was very straightforward.
