I made an appointment to have a simple alignment and requested that the technician only adjust two adjustment points that are standard factory components. They called me after I had dropped of my car and said that the alignment would cost almost twice as much because there were aftermarket components on the car, even though these parts would not need to be touched and did not affect their job. This was fine though and I asked for them to just run an alignment check since the car was already on the rack. The results that I got suggest that the technician was either incompetent or purposefully gave me incorrect alignment measurements. I got an alignment at a local dealership 3 days later and not one of the dealership's "before" measurements were even remotely close to being correct. Either way this was extremely unprofessional.

Mike and David are awesome. They take care of three generations in my family and I feel confidant when I get information from them its right. They usually get us in same day and work very hard to make sure we have our vehicles as quickly as possible. They back their work and if there's ever a problem they fix it quickly

The staff was courteous and helpful as soon as I entered the establishment. I received an estimated time and cost for my repair and a call when my vehicle was ready for pickup. The building was clean and inviting.

This place is orderly, quick, and affordable. I won't say it's cheap, because that bears a negative connotation, but it's definitely not as expensive as a car dealership. They stand behind their product and treat customers well. The location is unbeatable. If you don't wish to work while you're waiting (always get an appointment; this will make for a very efficient visit), you can walk to any of the nearby establishments in downtown Decatur. If you buy tires from them, you get free rotation, which is a plus.
