Memorial Drive
I have a car that uses nitrogen in the tires. I paid a one time fee of $25.00 for the service. It comes with them filling my tires when they are low. Every time I take my car I’m made to wait. When they thought I just needed air it could have been right away. Since it’s nitrogen I’ve been made to wait. I can understand why to a point. I’ve never been greeted when I’ve walk in or at the counter. I’ve ask about the wait twice told once I was next, then when they took another car I asked about my car and was told that was on the mechanical side. So now my wait has been an hour. I was just here last month due to the weather, since I was never told I had a leak. I’ve witness great customer service with other patrons but I’ve not be treated to such. Except once when I had a coughing attack I was told they had a water fountain for use. I did appreciate that. I just wanted to share my experiences this location is in my neighbor and I want to continue to support local business.
