Y'all told my mom that it was going to cost$400 to fix her door because y'all had to order a part an it wouldn't be in till the next day. She came back to get the car while y'all order the part an she was going to bring it back in the morning but they was hoping she left it. They had already fixed it an it didn't need a$400 part but they was still going to charge her if she left the truck. So I'm not being my truck back because they are getting over on people an that is bad business.

Called ahead to schedule service on my Jeep and spent 5 minutes on the phone providing all of my vehicle details. Arrived and dropped off my vehicle with a technician who again asked about the specific problems I was having. Thirty minutes later I received a call from them informing me that they can't even look at my Jeep and that I need to take it to the dealership. Thanks for wasting my time as though this couldn't possibly have been determined over the phone or when I dropped the vehicle off.

Very quick service. This is the first time I visited here for emission test. The price is not the cheapest but okay. I will come back to do the oil change next time.

This is my first time using this establishment, overall I was pleased with the level of service I received. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to contact the customer as soon as their vehicle is ready.

The staff is very nice. It's clean and fast.
