I come across town to have my car serviced here...the two folks that I deal with, Cindy and Nikki ( I think that's her name) are knowledgeable and savvy. The technicians do good work. Thanks.

These guys are simply the best. Same day service on a front wheel bearing for an LR4. The mechanic even came out and walked me through his process. And remember, you get what you pay for

We have used Neighborhood Tire Pros for years. They have been very good about keeping us up to date by phone when we have to wait on service, and if there are any surprises with an older car they will walk us through our options and get to the best result for our needs. Most days they are reasonably fast with minor service items, or for example an emissions inspection. The location is convenient for us, and if you do need to stick around for an hour or more, it's easy to walk downtown and pass the time while they work.

My father and I unexpectedly had a flat tire. We pulled into the location and were greeted by Drew. He began checking in my dad's car. My father asked if there was anyway the car could get done in a few hours as he needed it to take me to the airport. Drew responded "I probably can't get to it for a couple hours." My dad asked "Really?". Drew went to say there was no way that there were many cars waiting and said we could go elsewhere. Going elsewhere was not an option. Frustrated by the situation my father slid his keys across the counter to Drew. Drew responded loudly and aggressively "Sir, do not throw your keys at me!" My dad told him he did not throw his keys at him. Drew again said we could go elsewhere which was still not an option. Drew then said "sir put your key on the counter." When my dad asked Drew if it would be done by the close of business he responded "put your key on the counter." When asked a second time he said "the best answer I can give you is to out your key on the counter." I tried to to speak with Drew and see what happened. He refused to look at me or speak. He was rude, aggressive and escalated the situation for no reason.
