Whenever I come here, I know I can expect professional, friendly service, and comfortable environment. It took a while to repair my flat today because the new tire had to be ordered, but I don't mind. It's a holiday week, and they were so busy! I'm very pleased the the service, the explanations given, and the pricing.

3 days in a row stop by to get an oil change and every time told to come back tomorrow their to busy to do an oil change!!!

Micheal was wonderful. We were visiting for a wedding And while running errands prior to the wedding, my water pump blew up. I was incredibly worried I wouldn’t be able to get to the wedding much less back to South Ga. He immediately helped me and worked me in on a VERY busy Saturday morning. His customer service was unsurpassed. If I could steal him to work for me, I’d take him in a minute. I hope you appreciate what you have in him. Thank You again for a wonderful experience.

I have tried for a week to get an oil change here, been by 5 times. They always say they are booked come back tommarrow or 3 hr. Wait. I come the next day same thing. Dont waste your time. Very irritating i finally gave up and a few blocks away infront of kroger on memorial is American Tire lube automotive at 3518 memorial they helped me and i was in and out in less than 40 mins
