First visit: Overall very satisfied. The online shopping and appointment request is a really nice feature and allows you to research from the comfort of your home. The store manager, Cindy, even called me after to ensure I was given the rebate offer information for the tires I purchased. Second visit: Great service. I received a notification from NTP&AS that I was due for my free tire rotation. While I was there I had them complete an oil change. Scheduling was easy and the service was relatively quick.

Quick and friendly

I had a very poor experience. The only thing I had done was the install of tires. I arrived at 730 am when the store opens. I was there to 1054 am. It was no real cause for that. The devaluement of my time continues to be a problem at this location.
