So we took our car in for service on Friday 12/8 before snow hit Atlanta. We were told it would be finished that afternoon. They found they needed a part and said they would have it done by late morning on Saturday. The snow impacted businesses on Saturday, including Tire Pros. I called and left a message and got a text back from Kyle apologizing for the inconvenience. He must have checked messages even though he wasn’t in the shop. I have never gotten a text from my mechanic before with an apology for something that was out of his control(weather). We really needed our car on Sunday. And I let him know how important it was. Kyle texted and said the earliest he could get a part was early afternoon on Sunday. And even though they were not open, he and Josh would come in and finish the job so we could get the car back. I told him I would bake him cookies if he made that happen. 😊 I got the car back Sunday afternoon. Thanks guys. You were super kind to make sure we got taken care of. I’m sure it’s not the “normal” thing to do, but you showed you cared.
