The staff was friendly and professional, even as I was irritable toward them from my stress. Michael in particular went out of his way to show me his process and logic so I could trust his word about the work I needed done. What could have been several hundred dollars more than I expected got chopped in half thanks to their crew. I'd recommend this place for sure.

This has to be the most horrible place! The manager David is rude as heck and very unprofessional.

The guys at this location have been nothing but courteous and fun to work with on every visit. They do a great job, in a short amount of time, and are honest. I highly recommend this location.

Went in a few times with great results. Then after getting a wheel replaced they forgot to inform me that I needed to have a realignment done. It caused me to eat through 2 brand new tires in less than a year resulting in over $300 of damage to replace. When I told the manager that I shouldn't have to buy new tires if they told me that the previous repairs were complete. He proceeded to say he didn't remember enough about the previous work and essentially tried to write it off on a rush job to benefit me when he should've finished the job correctly in the first place. He tried to satisfy me with $20 off the over $300 I now had to pay on new tires. I will not be going back because I can't trust their work or their ability to own their mistakes.

Terrible service! Attempted to get a oil change and could not get one because they were trying to close 2 hrs before the time listed on the sign. Bad business!

Went in to see if I could get a flat I had patched and they took care of it. Justin took great care of me. Told me a new tire was not needed and patched up my flat. They did it free of charge and also put the patched tire back on for me. Will return when oil change and when I have to replace my tires. Thanks Justin!

After seeing the negative rating I had to come and write. I love the guys up here. They explain any issues I have with my car, I love joking around with them, and Mitch is the best! My car has been serviced up here for the last 5 years and even through human error, they ALWAYS have right there wrong.

I've been to many shops to get my car serviced and this is by far the best one. They were quick and efficient with my oil change and gave me a gift card for it being my first time. I brought my car back a few weeks later to get multiple things fixed and they worked very diligently on that as well and called me every couple of hours to keep me updated. I recommend this place to everyone as the whole staff is very friendly and are always available when I call.
