Needed a few services and had a pretty nasty quote from the dealership. Worked with Andrew to figure out what needed to be done and what I was ready to pay for. I'm really happy with the end result because I saved a ton of money vs. what the dealer was quoting me. I'm not sure that they are the absolute lowest offers in the area, but with all things considered I think the level of service is well worth what I paid. Looking back, my car desperately needed new struts and the dealer didn't even point this out during their "full circle inspection," but quoted me an amount for around what I paid here for half the service of what I got from Tire Pros at BP. I am really glad to know I can rely on this place in the future because I live within walking distance, even though they were plenty gracious in offering me rides. Like I said, I don't think they are winning any low-price awards, but nonetheless they get 5 stars from me for offering high quality service at a reasonable price. I am planning on bringing my car here for routine service from now on. Also, everything was done quickly considering how much needed to be done. If my experience changes I'll be sure to come back to edit or augment this review.

We have been so pleased with the crew at BP - they have helped us care for, repair, and maintain several vehicles. They gentlemen working there are friendly and give you honest opinions and suggestions. Elvis and the Justins have always been so helpful. There are often great coupons that you can redeem as well!

Stopped by to get an oil change today and Andrew was super nice, literally got me in and out. Super fast and super nice!

We've lived in East Cobb for 8 years now and struggled to find a reliable, trustworthy and cost effective mechanic until we gave the guys at BP a shot! The first time we have them a try, our experience was so refreshing because they didn't try to get over on us and explained the problem very well. We've used them 4 times now and Ithe experience has consistent and pleasant! Elvis and Andrew are great so be sure to give these guys a try, they won't let you down. We come here for simple things like oil change and tire rotations but also for our full services like brakes and transmission flush.

Great experience with Justin an Andrew replacing the entire A/C system well below what the dealer quoted. They were fast, fair, and complete. They even threw in a oil change to help me out. My only place for an oil change or service past, present, and future. FAST!

The guys at the quick lube service center are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Andrew is my go to guy and consistently delivers with top-notch quality.

These guys were in an out within 15-20 minutes, about half the time, and they had a little better price than Tires Plus next door. I would use them again.
