I have never had a bad experience here. I trust their recommendations and trust their work. As a women it’s always hard to trust mechanics but not here, when ever they recommend services they are always something that is needed. They are always very friendly and kind. The facility is clean.

Went to this Goodyear to purchase 2 tires the service rep was very professional and answered all my questions. The promise time was kept and my car finished on time. I will be visiting again thank you.

I am disappointed and hurt... I recently came in and spent around $1000 on tires, alignments and balance of my car. While I had my car here I was told that I had a broken front axle that was "leaking grease". It sounded odd to me, as I would notice an axle not working properly. I took my car to another mechanic and told him "I have a broken front axle", well after spending an entire day having torn down my front end and removed the axle and trying to find the same axle in town (it is an upgraded steel axle designed for making tight turns at high speed) which he couldn't find, and also couldn't find a single thing wrong with the axle he removed, he asked me how I knew it was broken and I told him the mechanics at this shop had informed me, he had a few choice words to say and I ended up wasting his time entirely. Needless to say, make sure you get a second opinion when you are told there is something wrong with your vehicle from this place. I won't be returning as a customer here again as I am very disappointed that I was lied to and would've almost ended up shelling out $300+ for the whole thing... Just very disappointed.

Mike was amazing finding the tires I needed at the last minute. Only to find out when I got here the warehouse closed. Mike searched and found out his sister store had them and got me in and out in 2 hours thanks Tire Pros!

Jeff and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and displayed outstanding customer service. I will certainly continue to take my business there.

Poor customer service. But I thinks it's because they have the actual mechanics working front desk 🤷🏽‍♂️ Just need a main person to GREET and set up repairs and then check them out. Leave dead grumpy mechanics in the work area.
