I usually have a very good experience at neighborhood Tire Pros but this one was not as well as previous ones. My appointment was at 10 a.m. and my vehicle was not ready to pick up until the close of business. Drew, who assisted me on this visit, almosy gave me a heart attack and had me thinking that my repairs we're not covered by my warranty. He simply handed my keys to me as if to say I was s*** out of luck. This was not the first time that I came here so I knew that was incorrect. My car was having alternator issues so there was no way that I could drive my car to any other car repair shop. I called my warranty company in tears only to find out that the information given was incorrect. Drew never apologized and was not as polite. I never received updates on the progress of my vehicle and had I not call. The repairs were great as always, but Drew really needs to work on his customer service and people skills because he has NONE!!!

I needed an oil change so I take my car and drop if off after work to pick it up the next day. Not long after my wife and I are pulling out of the parking lot I received a phone call stating that my car was already on the lift and that the metal wires were showing on my tires did I want to go ahead and get them. I said I didn’t realize I neeed tires. He said you haven’t felt all the bumping and pulling. I said no not really. He said they would be about 730.00 or so. I said let me speak with my wife. I called other places and got pricing of course they were the most expensive so I decided for them to go ahead and do my oil change and I would look at my tires once I picked my car up the next day. I checked all 4 tires they had plenty of tread and didn’t feel and metal bands. I even took it to my local tire guy and he jacked my car up and said you don’t need tires. Moral of the story is: don’t trust these guys the are liars. If I had yes they would of just taken my old tires off put new ones on and I never would of known that my tires were still good. Stay away from this business!!! Don’t let them take advantage of you.
