I hit a pothole and got a flat tire, and they were able to replace the tire even though I had no appointment.

I have been coming to this location for service on tires since I bought an entire set a couple of years ago. Repeat trips are always required to fix the wheel balancing issue. I heard all types of excuses: your rim is bent, your tire has a nail in it causing it to leak (tire pressure was at mfg. specifications), etc. They can spin a great narrative to sell more services but can't service what they sell. The tire balancing issue they have been unable to resolve, was fixed in one visit to Mavis tire. I have no reason to ever return to this location for any type of service and cannot in good conscience recommend to anyone.

Terrible! Absolutely terrible. Do not go to these people! Cindy is the store manager and she makes excuses for poor quality work and tries to charge for additional services. I took my car in May 2023 and paid over 2k for a new brake system. 6 months later I had to take the car back and was told we can't hear anything because its raining. they then told me I had heat spots and they would repair. 3 days later the noises were back. I have one car and cannot afford to have my car in the shop for multiple days consistently. I went by yesterday and ask in regards to my warranty. I was told that i was covered and to bring the car today. I dropped the car off and called to check a few hours later. Now I am being told I an no longer under warranty and once again its heat spots but the issue was never fixed!!!! And just to clarify. I actually went into the shop on 6/4/24 and spoke with someone that checked the computer and told me my car was still under warranty but was then told on 6/5/24 after I left my car for 3 hours by Cindy that my car wasn't covered. So no assumptions were made by anyone; if they looked in the computer and told me I was under warranty. Lies were just told and I spoke with Cindy on today 6/5/24 and explained but she was just rude and told me that even if i called corporate they couldn't adjust my warranty. The whole issue is not the warranty; its the terrible half done repairs that keep requiring me to return.

I came into Neighborhood Tire Pro. I appreciate the quick service and transparency with my vehicle. I came in for tire sensor valve replacement. Would recommend again

They did a good job but tacking on $20 for new tire guarantee was annoying and not asked for or was I told about it. I said nothing after I read the bill because it wasn't worth fighting about. I will just never go there again.
