Excellent. Solved multiple issues that my car had within 48 hours. Charged much less than the dealership and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Staff is nice as well! I will be back the next time my car has issues!

Was a loyal customer. Please change your process of scheduling appointments. After scheduling my appointment I was told when I got to the shop that my appointment had to be confirmed. If you guys are going to do this process please either call or email someone saying that the appointment was not confirmed.

Walked in for smog test and was taken immediately. I also asked to price tires as I was told recently by Discount Tire I needed to replace my tires but I didn’t agree with them. Here, I’m told I don’t need to buy tires immediately and I’m very grateful for the honesty I fully plan to buy my tires from them in the future

Awesome staff- everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! I damaged a tire while driving and they were able to fit me in via the drop off service later the same day. They have always been communicative of how their schedule is and how busy they are, which I really appreciate! Both times I was by a gentleman named Drew, he is awesome and I hope the NTP leadership appreciates his dedication to his work!
