Memorial Drive
Every time I've done business with this establishment the staff has been snarky, and sometimes a bit rude (3589 Memorial dr. across from Walmart). They seem to have a very sarcastic attitude, and I believe I've even been over charged in some instances. AAA referred me to them with the promise of a 10% discount, but they negated to inform me that that's only up to $50. They take their time (longer than average), and I've even had to bring my vehicle back several times for the same job that they said that they fixed the first time. I do not recommend you do business with them. It's been a waste of time and money. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

We take customer service very seriously, and you should have received helpful, kind service from our employees. Moving forward, we will ensure we improve in this area. In regards to the AAA discount, we apologize we do not have any control over the terms of the discount. In addition, we wanted to say we're sorry for the confusion you experienced regarding the use of the discount. Prior to sending your invoice, we hadn't known you were a cardholder. Finally, we're disappointed to know we weren't as efficient as you needed us to be. We do try to work as quickly as possible for our customers, but we will try to give more accurate time estimates moving forward. We'd like the opportunity to earn back your trust, and if there's anything we can do to make that happen we'd like to know what it is.
