After another trip the Neighborhood Tire Pros I have come to realize that this is one of the best facilities for car repair and maintenance in metro Atlanta. I would recommend the store located at 3589 Memorial Dr. in Decatur.The associates are very professional and obviously well trained to service a variety of different makes and models. One standout employee is Service Adviser Mitch Mitchell who I have come to rely on for honest advice and suggestions concerning what is needed for consistently peak performance from my older car. Mitch is a man of profound integrity and honesty which insures quality service usually reserved for dealerships but without the high price.

I am only giving 4 stars because they didn't do any repairs to my car. This shop is super nice. I don't live on this side of town and was leary to use a shop I don't know or ever been to. I had a low tire they put air in it for me. Next day low again but they put air in my tire and I made it to work. I would have had them replace my tire but had bought my tires elsewhere and have a warranty they were covered. Mitch was friendly and the other staff were polite as well. Thank you for looking out for me.

Very nice & professional staff. The price is very fair and laid out. When you walk in there is a detail of everything you will be receiving with your service. If your vehicle needs any additional service they will print out a paper & let you know at the end (& suggest you come back) rather than trying to be pushy and forcing you to purchase it right then. No wonder this place is usually full, they’re the best in town. The service also includes free emissions testing, fantastic deal. They also top off all of your fluids. The waiting area has a nice TV and a soda machine. Thank you all!

Quick, friendly, honest

I got an oil change this morning. I received fast service and a notification when my car was ready for pick up.

Had my car over 6 hours and still miss diagnosed my car. Don’t come here if you have a nice vehicle. They have unknowledgeable staff and even though they seem “nice” they are scammers trying to get into your pocket. I took my car to MY dealership and they figured it out in 10 minutes. You guys are useless and lost my business. I own a couple vehicles, and I will never bring another one to you scammers.
